Refund policy
1. Return Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the delicate craftsmanship, premium materials, and exclusive nature of our bags, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered a final sale. We highly encourage our clients to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, and color specifications before completing checkout.
2. Exchange Policy: Strict Exceptions Apply
Our dispatch team subjects every HOSS bag to a rigorous quality control inspection before it leaves our atelier. Exchanges are strictly prohibited, with the exception of the following rare circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Product: The item arrives with a demonstrable manufacturing defect or severe transit damage.
Incorrect Product Received: You receive a style, color, or model different from your official invoice.
Mandatory Conditions for an Exchange Claim:
48-Hour Window: You must notify our Client Concierge team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.
Unboxing Proof: To validate an exchange, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the original sealed packaging being opened and highlighting the damage or error.
Original Condition: The bag must remain entirely unused. All original protective wraps on hardware, brand tags, authenticity cards, and the signature HOSS dust bag must be fully intact and included.
Note on Approved Claims (Store Credit):
In the event of an approved claim for a damaged or incorrect product, HOSS does not issue monetary refunds or direct replacements. Instead, the client will receive Store Credits equivalent to the original purchase value. These credits will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance, allowing you to select your desired piece at your convenience.
3. Payment Policy: Prepaid Only (No COD)
To guarantee a secure, seamless, and premium delivery experience, HOSS does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be 100% prepaid via our secure online payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or accepted Digital Wallets) before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
This policy ensures your bespoke piece is handed directly to premium, insured courier partners without the risk of transit mishandling.
