How much does shipping cost?
Every HOSS acquisition ships complimentary, worldwide. Fully insured, door to door, from our atelier in Jodhpur.
How long does delivery take?
Each object ships within 5 to 7 business days of order confirmation. International deliveries typically arrive within 10 to 14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Can I return or exchange my object?
Because each HOSS object is hand-sculpted and entirely one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to write to us before acquiring if you have any questions about the piece.
Is my object insured during shipping?
Yes. Every HOSS object ships fully insured for its acquisition value, from our studio to your door.
How do I care for my HOSS object?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or abrasive surfaces. Your Gallery Box is the ideal resting environment for the piece when not in use. A Collector's Care Guide is included with every acquisition.
What does the Certificate of Origin include?
Your certificate is handwritten and numbered by Suvigya Sharma personally. It documents the title of the piece, its edition number, and the artist's original signature.
Are all HOSS objects truly one of a kind?
No two HOSS pieces are identical. Because every surface is hand-painted and every sculpture hand-applied, natural variation exists between pieces even within the same edition. What you receive is genuinely singular.
What is the edition size?
Edition sizes vary by collection and are noted on each product page. Editions are not reopened once closed.
What is included with my acquisition?
Every HOSS object arrives in a matte velvet Gallery Box with a Silk Dust Bag and a handwritten, signed Certificate of Origin. A Collector's Care Guide is also included.
Can I commission a custom piece?
